Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required before work begins. I only accept PayPal (USD).

  • Rush Commission: An additional $20 fee will be charged for rush orders, which will be prioritized.

  • No refunds, unless there is an emergency or I am unable to complete the commission.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions I cannot fulfill.

Pricing & Additional Fees：
✧  Extra character: Additional +70% of the base price per character.
✧  Complex character designs: +$5 - $20 (depending on complexity).
✧  Complex backgrounds: +$10 - $50 (depending on complexity).
✧  For commercial use, the price will be x2 or x3 depending on usage. Please contact me for discussion.

Completion Time：
Estimated completion time is 3–7 days, but may take up to 1 month depending on workload. Please be patient and do not rush me.

Modification Rules：
You will receive a sketch for approval before proceeding with the final artwork. If there are any errors in the design, please inform me at this stage.Please send me a message with the subject "Commission" and include the following details:
✧  Your name or nickname
✧  Your PayPal username/email
✧  Character name
✧  Commission type (Full-body, Half-body, Icon, etc.)
✧  Character description/reference images (pose, expression, outfit, colors, etc.)
If you cannot find a suitable reference image, you may provide your own rough sketch—it will be very helpful!

付款與退款：

  • 全額付款後開始製作，台灣使用銀行匯款（TWD）。

  • 急件委託：需額外加收 600TWD，將優先處理。

  • 高價委託可分期付款，詳情請私訊討論。

  • 不接受退款，除非是緊急情況或我無法完成委託。

  • 有權拒絕無法完成的委託，請見諒。

價格與額外收費：
✧   額外角色：每多一個角色，價格+70%。
✧   複雜角色設計：加收 150 ~ 600 TWD（依細節程度調整）。
✧   複雜背景：加收 300 ~ 1500 TWD（依細節程度調整）。
✧   商業用要跟我討論，價格會x2、x3不等。

完成時間：
一般完成時間約 3～7 天，但可能最長需 1 個月，請耐心等待，請勿催促

修改規則：
畫完草稿後會給您確認，若是有任何設定畫錯，務必在這個階段跟我說，
確認草稿就會開始作畫。請傳訊息給我，並附上以下資訊：
✧   您的姓名或暱稱
✧   委託類型（全身、半身、頭像等）
✧   角色描述/參考資料（姿勢、表情、服裝、配色等）
如果找不到滿意的參考資料或說法，也可以提供您的草稿，這對我來說很讚！
